The central location made it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast selection was impressive, offering both vegetarian and vegan options. the lack of a toilet brush and poor cleanliness standards in the bathroom were disappointing, especially with black grouting and unkempt curtains. the fridge in the room was unusable, leaving me uncertain about its functionality. A mixed experience overall.

Had a nice two-night stay! The room was super modern and comfy, especially that king-size bed. Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Enjoyed in-room breakfast – a solid start to the day! Just wish the air con worked better. it was a bit stuffy at times.

I really appreciated the friendly staff and the fantastic meal at the Firelake Grill House, which always has great value and delicious flavors. additionally, the close proximity to landmarks like Leeds City Museum and Millennium Square made it easy to explore the area on foot.

Amazing birthday surprise!

Super nice hotel! The room was big, comfy & decorated for my hubby's bday with balloons and cake! Breakfast looked great too, but we skipped that. Only thing was the mattress was kinda too soft for me. Staff were really friendly, and the bar was fancy, just a little on the pricey side. Overall a fab stay!
