Everything was amazing, very competent staff, great views across the town. I liked the well laid out room and its large bathroom. The hotel had an absolutely perfect and stunning location minutes from a flagship store. The property was located about 5 minutes walk from the city center. The stay on the last night before I was going to bed certainly was excellent value for money.

Location and food here were very good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having climate control and coffee facilities. The location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from a municipal art gallery. The place was brilliant, no reason to complain, 100% recommend.

Location
I checked in and found the TV didn't work. One of the hotel staff had to move the fridge to access the connections and I noticed there was a lot of dust. However he did get the TV to work although there was no Sky Sports but he said it should be on in the bar downstairs but again no Sky Sports 2 so I had to go to another bar in the City to watch the golf from USA.The room was also cold and the heating was not on so I turned it on but I could not get the room warm even after a couple of hours.I mentioned it to a member of staff who increased the temperature remotely. He said the rooms were on a thermostat of max 20c but he would increase it.However I never did feel pleasantly warm and the floor tiles in the bathroom were cold and so were the tiles in the room and the bedsheets were cold.I had the feeling the room had not been used for a while and the hotel was watching their heating bill but I did not have an enjoyable stay as a result. For 4 star I was surprised by my experience I thought it would have been much better .
